For a bookkeeping lead, we request your name, telephone number, business name and operating location, whether you choose or recommend bookkeeping services, and the help and timing you need. Email is optional in our Meta bookkeeping form. Our website contact form requires a name, email address and inquiry details so we can respond.

We use this information to assess service fit, respond to your request, discuss scope and fees, and keep a record of our follow-up. We may record call dates, your preferred next step and the outcome of the inquiry. Please do not provide tax IDs, banking information, passwords or financial documents in these forms.

When you submit the Meta bookkeeping form, you are requesting a call about bookkeeping services. We download submitted leads into an Excel tracker, and a Pack Spectrum team member calls the supplied number. We use an email address you provide to respond where appropriate. This inquiry does not sign you up for a newsletter or authorize unrelated promotional messages.

You can ask us to stop follow-up at any time by telling the caller or emailing info@packspectrum.com.

Meta processes information submitted in Facebook and Instagram under its own privacy terms. Shopify hosts this website and processes website inquiries. Our business email and spreadsheet tools support our inquiry records and responses. These providers may process or store information in Canada, the United States or other countries where they operate.

Within Pack Spectrum, inquiry information is used by team members handling the inquiry and administering the service. We use service providers to operate these systems and may disclose information when required by law. We do not sell bookkeeping inquiry details.

The website and its providers may process technical information such as IP address, device/browser information, page visits and cookies to deliver, secure and measure the website. Where available, use the website’s privacy choices and your browser settings to manage cookies. Facebook and Instagram also control data collected on their platforms.

We retain inquiry and follow-up records for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the business relationship and meet applicable recordkeeping or legal obligations. If we agree to provide services, related records may be subject to separate engagement and retention requirements.

You may request access to or correction of your information, ask us to stop contacting you, or ask about deletion. We will consider requests under applicable law and explain any information we need to retain. We may need to verify a request before disclosing or changing records.
